We know that speedy delivery matters, so we process standard orders within  7-10 business days , and express shipping takes an additional 5-7 business days. For custom orders, we aim to dispatch within 5-6 weeks, and our customer support team is here to assist with specific delivery inquiries.

We ship globally, excluding Russia, Brazil, Israel, and OFAC-sanctioned countries, utilizing reliable carriers like DHL and FedEx for prompt delivery. Please be aware that all orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means any applicable taxes or duties are the buyer’s responsibility, so it’s a good idea to check with your local customs office.

For your security, we do not deliver to APO, FPO, or PO box addresses, and a signature will be required upon delivery. Once your order ships and you receive tracking information, it’s your responsibility to track its progress with the courier. If any delivery issues arise, please reach out to the courier directly.
